Air Marshal V.R Chaudhari Will Be The Next Air Chief Marshal Of IAF

The Vice air chief marshal V.R Chaudhari was appointed as the next air chief marshal of the Indian Air Force. The air chief marshal of IAF RKS Bhaduaria is very near to his retirement,


Till 30 September he will continue to command IAF as an air chief staff.
The Indian defence ministry has been accepted the proposal for approving him to be the air chief staff. Now VR Chaudhari take over the seat of Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhaduaria. 

Since 1st July this year, he was appointed as a vice air chief marshal in IAF. Prior to this air marshal, Vivek Ram Chaudhari had been controlled by Western Air Command (WAC) as a commander in chief. Including the sensitive airspace of China and Pakistan as well as various north India's airspaces.
Air Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari was an alumnus of the National defence academy who was being inducted into the fighter stream in the Indian Air Force in December 1982.

In his 38 years of air service, Air Marshal V.R Chaudhari has flown many testing and fighter planes like MIG-21, MIG-23 MF, MIG-29 and Sukhoi-30 MKI, he has 3,800 hrs flying experience. Air Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari served many respected poets in the Indian Airforce.
Air Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari also lead as a commanding officer in the frontline fighter squadron and he had also taken the command of frontline fighter base.
